I hear their threats,
I see the scorn,
they are the dark before the morn,

they seek my child,
to kill my seed,
they are the thorn that made me bleed,

cunning demons dwell with you,
they control everything you do,
they laugh at the truth,
they cheer at the lie,
sometimes it seems they'd never die,

they mock wise men when they speak,
they prey on the innocent,
and envy the meek,

I hear their threats,

why can't I just be rid of you?
I curse the day that gave birth to you,
I have plans for evil men,
Yes! I will wage war against them,

I will not back down,
this is my ground,
